Lane County Homes Sales Report- November 2013
The figures for November 2013 are in. Home sales have dropped significantly, and are slightly lower even when compared to last November 2012. While this year's current active listings are slightly higher than November 2012. With housing inventory creeping back up to 6 months, we see this all pointing to the market heading quickly into a buyers market. Although this may not be the perfect news for sellers, it does put a healthy needed plateau in a market that experienced a year solid appreciation. Buyers, in general, can start being a little more aggressive with offers & may be able to pick up a great deal if they find the right home with a motivated enough seller.
